Scope results are not determinations

The scope checker shows which rules likely apply to a product type you pick. It does not examine your product. It is not a determination that a product needs, or does not need, a certificate, and it does not say your product meets any rule.

You certify and your broker files

You are the certifier and you certify in the Registry yourself. Your customs broker builds and files your entries. CertPrepy does not certify for you, build per-entry CBP data, suggest tariff codes beyond 6 digits, file anything with CBP, or tell you your product complies. HTS subheadings shown on this site are 6 digits only and are examples; your broker confirms the full classification.
