What is an active certificate?

An active certificate is one product's current certificate. When you retest a product and create a new version of its certificate, the new version does not use another slot.

What does monitoring include?

Recall matches, lab withdrawal alerts, and retest and API token reminders. Monitoring comes with Starter and Growth.

What if I need more than the plan limit?

Growth covers up to 50 active certificates. We do not offer custom deals.

How do refunds work?

Ask within 14 days of payment and you get a full refund. Request it on the Billing page in your account, or email support@certprepy.com.

Do subscriptions renew?

Yes, until you cancel in the billing portal. Monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly.

Are there discounts or coupons?

No. Prices are the same for everyone. There are no coupons, credits, free months or custom deals.

Which currency?

All prices are in US dollars.
