Notes
ASTM F1169-25 via 16 CFR 1219. Phthalates (16 CFR 1307) apply because a product designed to facilitate sleep of children 3 and younger is a 'child care article' under 16 CFR 1307.2(b); CPSC's Feb 2009 guidance gives a crib mattress as an example of a sleep product. Crib bumpers are banned (16 CFR 1309). Durable infant or toddler product: also needs a product registration card (16 CFR 1130) and tracking labels; neither is a lab test, so they are not listed as rules here.
