Notes
ASTM F2088-25 via 16 CFR 1223 (includes cradle swings). Mobiles and toy attachments are toys. If marketed to help a baby sleep, it could be a child care article for phthalates; not confirmed. Durable infant or toddler product: also needs a product registration card (16 CFR 1130) and tracking labels; neither is a lab test, so they are not listed as rules here.
