Third-party testing list: Play yards per ASTM F406-24 (play yard provisions); play yards manufactured or imported on or after Jan 20, 2020 per 1221.1.
Certificate and testing
- The rule is not on CPSC's list of rules requiring a General Certificate of Conformity.
- Third-party testing by a CPSC-accepted lab applies for children's products, with a Children's Product Certificate.
