Which CPSC certificate do I need?

Likely requirements for e-liquids and liquid nicotine
Certificate type
General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
General-use products need a GCC. It must be based on a test of each product or a reasonable testing program, which can be done by any lab, including your manufacturer's.
Third-party testing
Not required by CPSC
You can rely on your own or your manufacturer's testing, as long as it supports each rule you certify.
Rules that apply to every product in this category
Liquid nicotine packaging (CNPPA)
Special packaging (PPPA)
Notes for this category
Liquid nicotine containers must use child-resistant special packaging (Child Nicotine Poisoning Prevention Act, 15 U.S.C. 1472a, applying PPPA standards). FDA tobacco rules also apply and are not covered here.
Next: build the certificate and get your three Registry IDs
CertPrepy turns your lab report into a certificate, checks it against the Registry's rules, and gives your broker the Certifier ID, Product ID and Version ID.
